Requests should be submitted well in advance of the internship start date, as outlined below, to allow the Integrated University-Order Commission to assess whether the structure meets the criteria to become an approved internship location. After the Commission’s approval, the agreement is signed by both parties.
Latest Submission Deadline for the Request for Agreement by the Hosting Entity (Internship location):
- October-November 2024 (by November 20, 2024) for internships starting in 2025.
- April-May 2025 for internships starting in December 2025.
Information for Interns
Provided the request for the agreement is submitted within the indicated periods, the timing depends on the number of ongoing affiliations and the response time of the entity to any requests for additional documentation by the Commission.
The Internship Secretariat will communicate directly with the entity regarding the status of the agreement, and the intern should inquire whether the evaluation has been successful or if the agreement cannot proceed due to a lack of eligibility requirements.
