Erasmus Study Mobility

Forms Common to All Types of Student Mobility

• Extension of Stay Request Form: to be used when the exams to be taken do not fit within the planned mobility period.
• Exam Recognition Request Form*: to be sent upon return from mobility to the International Relations Office of Psychology together with the Transcript of Records (TOR) issued by the foreign institution and the Learning Agreement (Before the mobility + any approved changes) signed also by the host institution.

*In order to proceed with the validation of activities, each activity for which recognition is requested must be included in the Learning Agreement(s), approved by the host institution, and marked as passed.

N.B. Please note:

• It is not possible to request recognition for failed exams, as credits from failed exams are considered unearned credits.
• It will not be possible to recognize exams taken that are not included in a Learning Agreement approved by both institutions.
• For elective exams listed in TAF D in the Learning Agreement, recognition must be requested using the same name and credits as the exam taken abroad, leaving the code field blank. The Student Secretariat will create the activity with the foreign name and a fictitious code and include it in the transcript when registering the resolution.

Attention: Upon return from mobility, and ONLY after the registration of the recognition resolution, students must update their study plan (at the next available deadline or through extraordinary study plan changes for graduating students) to include elective activities that may appear in the transcript but are not part of the study plan.
Please note that the transcript is conservative and retains activities that were part of the study plan, even if the plan was modified and new activities were approved. As a result, such activities will no longer be part of the current study plan but will remain in the transcript. The Student Secretariat will update the transcript by excluding non-current activities during graduation admission checks.
