Overall view of the relationships among different processes: entrepreneurship, innovation and systems integration inside the organizations. Psychological aspects determining behaviors (antecedents) as well as professional competencies valued by the organizations with regard to new management models. Action-research designs will be defined for climate analysis, in accordance with organizational development perspectives.
Entrepreneurial psychological process and factors influencing it. Individual choice of career planning (employment or self employment). Methods and techniques for the analysis and development of entrepreneurial competencies (education, guidance, training and support to entrepreneurship).
Modes and techniques for diagnosis and intervention in order to improve the quality of work in the organizations: analysis of climate for innovation as well as integration and planning of actions aimed at promoting organizational health. Managerial techniques and strategies related to process consultation for the development of creative and innovative behaviors in organizations.
