Mandatory Workplace Safety Course

MANDATORY FOR ALL THOSE WHO MUST UNDERTAKE AN INTERNSHIP

In accordance with the State-Region Agreement of December 21, 2011, the University organizes safety training courses for all employees of the University and for students who must undertake an internship or placement, as they are considered equivalent to workers. These courses are organized by the Prevention and Protection Service and the University's Training Office.

The general training course (4 hours) can be completed at any time via the e-learning platform for students at the following link:

https://formstudelearning.unifi.it/

 

Instructions:

• Log in with your credentials (student ID and password),
• Complete all course activities (approximately 4 hours),
• The course can be taken at any time, even in parts, and resumed later according to your individual time management,
• Only after at least 24 hours have passed since the completion of the course in its entirety, you will be able to view and book a session for the final in-person test (exam only in person).
• Booking and session details will be available on the course page.
• Please note that the in-person test must be completed in the same calendar year in which the online course was attended.

The certificate can then be requested by emailing stage@psico.unifi.it, no earlier than 15 days after the test date, and by providing the test date.

 

Students who already hold a previous safety certificate for general training obtained from another organization can send a copy of the document to formazione.sicurezza@spp.unifi.it and stage@psico.unifi.it, asking in the email if the certificate is equivalent to the general safety training issued by Unifi.
