Instructions for Erasmus Traineeship Awardees

There will be two rankings for each School: a) One related to the competition for the generic placement (in case no spots are available, the student will not be assigned any placement). b) One related to the competition for the specific placement.

All operations related to the selection process, including the rankings, will be available to students on the "Your Competitions" page. Students will not receive individual notifications.

 

Acceptance of mobility

a) Students awarded a specific placement: They must formalize their acceptance to carry out the mobility at the proposed placement within 5 working days from the publication of the ranking, by completing and signing the acceptance form available on the page https://www.unifi.it/vp-10034-erasmus-plus.html#studenti_unifi. Students who do not sign the acceptance form will be considered as having waived their placement, with no further communication.

b) Students awarded a generic placement: They must formalize their acceptance online to carry out the mobility at the proposed placement by logging in with their credentials to the page https://ammissioni.unifi.it in the “Your Competitions” section, following the deadlines indicated on the platform. Students awarded a generic placement must also formalize their acceptance by completing and signing the acceptance form available on the page https://www.unifi.it/vp-10034-erasmus-plus.html#studenti_unifi. Students who do not accept online and fail to sign the acceptance form will be considered as having waived their placement, with no further communication.

Students may carry out their mobility period only after completing the selection procedure and acceptance, and in any case, after the approval of the internship program (Learning Agreement for Traineeship) by the relevant academic structures of the School, and the signing of the individual mobility contract.
