Learning Agreement for Traineeship

The Learning Agreement for Traineeship is the contract between the student, the home university, and the host company, detailing the mobility period and internship activities.

The Learning Agreement form is available in the Forms section.

Please note that for the purpose of applying to the Call, a provisional Learning Agreement for Traineeship must be submitted. This provisional agreement will need to be finalized into its definitive version upon admission to the ranking.

Provisional Learning Agreement (required information for the Call application):

• Trainee Row: Enter the student’s details.
• Sending Institution Row: Enter the International Relations Office details.
• Receiving Organization/Enterprise Row: Enter the host company’s details.

In Table A of the Before Mobility section:

• Specify the intended mobility period.
• State the declared language proficiency level.

In Table B of the Before Mobility section:

• If it is a curricular internship, complete point 1 (“the traineeship is embedded in the curriculum”) and enter the corresponding ECTS credits.
• For an extracurricular, voluntary internship, complete point 2 (“the traineeship is voluntary”).
• For a post-graduate internship, complete point 3 (“the traineeship is carried out by a recent graduate”).

In the Accident Insurance for the Trainee table, select “YES” for all four insurance options, referring to UNIFI’s insurance provisions.

In the Commitment section, fill in your personal details, enter the date, and sign the document.

Definitive Learning Agreement:

Once you are placed on the ranking list and have accepted your placement, contact the host company’s representative to finalize the mobility period and activity details, allowing for the completion of the Definitive Learning Agreement.

In addition to verifying the information already provided in the provisional Learning Agreement for Traineeship, the following details must be specified:

• Table A: Enter the agreed period and activities as finalized with the host company.
• Table C: This section is to be completed by the host company.

The Commitment section must include details and signatures from the Student, the Psychology Office, and the Host Company.

The provisional Learning Agreement for Traineeship must be finalized within 30 days of the start date of the mobility period.
