How to Apply for Erasmus Traineeship Mobility
The University Call outlines the eligibility requirements, participation methods, and application deadlines. Specifically, the Call includes two separate selection processes: one for the general placement at Cordoba and one for a self-identified (nominated) placement. Applicants may not apply for both options.
The application must be submitted exclusively online through the TURUL platform at https://ammissioni.unifi.it.
There are two application tracks to choose from:
- General Placement at Cordoba: If the student opts to compete for one of the four available positions at Cordoba (3 months each), select “Selection for the creation of rankings for Erasmus+ international mobility for traineeships – General Placement.”
- Nominated Placement: If the student opts to apply for a self-identified placement, select “Selection for the creation of rankings for Erasmus+ international mobility for traineeships – Nominated Placement.”
Once the online application is completed following the guided steps provided by the system, students must proceed as follows:
- For General Placement (option a): Submit a provisional Learning Agreement for Traineeship (pdf) after completing the application. Send it via email to the International Relations Service of your School by the deadline specified in the Call; failure to do so will result in rejection of the application. The email subject line should read "Learning Agreement Erasmus Traineeship Mobility."
- For Nominated Placement (option b):
-
- Submit a Nominated Letter of Intent (using the fillable PDF form available on the University website).
- Provide a provisional Learning Agreement for Traineeship (pdf).
Since the Letter of Intent indicates the company’s willingness to host the student for the traineeship, this document must be signed by an authorized representative of the host institution (the letter may be sent to the student via email by the host institution). The student should then email the signed Letter of Intent to the International Relations Service of their School. While it is mandatory to submit the online application by the specified deadline, candidates may send the Letter of Intent by email to the School’s International Relations Service after the deadline, but no later than the date specified in the Call, and must include the provisional Learning Agreement for Traineeship (pdf). The subject line should read "Nominated Letter of Intent Erasmus Traineeship Mobility."
Note: The Learning Agreement and the Nominated Letter of Intent should not be submitted in person or by mail; emailing them to the International Relations Service of the School is sufficient.
