The credentials for accessing online services consist of a user ID and a password.
The user ID is the 6-digit matriculation number preceded by the letter "D." The matriculation number is provided to the professor by the School's administrative office.
The password for the first login is the date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY. For security reasons, the system may require the user to change it.
In the case of a contract professor who has previously held teaching positions at the University of Florence, the password will be the one originally used. If the professor does not remember this password, they can use the password recovery service.
With these credentials, the professor will be able to:
The professor is assigned an institutional email address in the standard format: name.surname@unifi.it.

The Google Suite (Gmail, unlimited Google Drive) can be accessed at http://mail.unifi.it.
At the end of the contract (April 30 of the academic year following the contract), the credentials for online services and email will be deactivated.
