SPECIFICATIONS FOR COMPLETING ONLINE AND PAPER STUDY PLANS
For free choice, it is possible to indicate only subjects taught in degree programs of the same level (three-year courses for the three-year degree, master's courses for master's degrees).
Subjects from other Schools:
Activities in the transcript but out of plan. Students are informed that the transcript is conservative and retains the activities that have transitioned from the plan even if the plan has been modified and new activities have been approved. Therefore, these activities are no longer in the plan but continue to exist in the transcript. The update of the transcript, excluding exams that are no longer in the plan, is carried out by the Student Secretariat at the time of checks for admission to the graduation exam.
Additional Courses. Additional out-of-plan courses to reach 10 CFU of Practical Evaluation Internship will be entered in the transcript (and not in the plan) by the Secretariats; being additional and out-of-plan, they should and cannot be inserted in the plan through the submission procedure of the plans.
Inclusion of PF24 exams in the study plan of the Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Students wishing to include exams already taken as free choice activities within their Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology may submit a paper study plan (following the deadlines and methods published) indicating the name and code of the exam taken as part of the PF24.
Before starting the online procedure, it is recommended to view the tutorial and carefully read the Guide to Completing the Online Study Plan.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGICAL SCIENCES AND TECHNIQUES, Class L-24 (B018):
If a Study Plan submitted by a student is rejected by the Committee on the deadline of the initial submission window, the student may log back into the Online Service to submit a new Study Plan during the designated resubmission window, which is open from 12:01 AM on Saturday, December 7, 2024, until 1:00 PM on Friday, December 13, 2024.
MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMS (LM-51)
In the event that the Study Plan submitted is rejected by the Commission by the closing date for the submission of plans, the student, by reconnecting to the Online Service, will be able to fill out a new Study Plan during the re-submission window, which is from 00:01 on Saturday, December 14, 2024, to 13:00 on Friday, December 20, 2024.
SELECTION/MODIFICATION OF THE STUDY PATH IN ONLINE STUDY PLAN SUBMISSION
The selection or modification of the study path must be completed online before starting the Study Plan submission by following the path: Menu > Career > Path Selection. Once the study plan has been partially or fully completed on a specific path, changes to that path are no longer permitted.
Important: Merely selecting a path will load a STATUTORY PLAN with mandatory exams, resulting in an INCOMPLETE study plan that lacks elective courses.
It is therefore necessary to complete the Study Plan procedure by following: Menu > Study Plan > Career Plan. The system will then display a summary, with mandatory subjects highlighted in blue and selected options in gray. Please review the plan carefully before finalizing and submitting it for evaluation.

SUBMISSION OF PAPER STUDY PLANS
First-year students (cohort 2024/2025) in the Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques do not need to submit a study plan, as the path selection and related plan are scheduled for the second year according to the Regulations. To submit the paper study plan, students must use the APPROPRIATE FORM found on the Psychology School website under the Study Plan section of their degree program by navigating to: Degree Programs > Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees.
The completed and signed form, including all course codes, must be sent exclusively to psicologia.pianistudio(AT)unifi.it strictly in PDF format from the student’s institutional email address by 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
