Objective
To facilitate the development of employability for students, graduates, PhD candidates, and doctoral graduates of the School of Psychology, ensuring an effective transition from university to the workforce. This involves supporting students in the development of their professional projects within the psychological field, helping them to gain awareness and enhance their transversal skills, and providing tools that facilitate their entry into the job market while offering opportunities for active job searching.

Information Orientation Desk (at the School): This desk provides information about the placement services offered by the University. It is possible to consult informational materials on the services available and receive guidance regarding dates, procedures, and registration for upcoming events. Assistance is provided by orientation tutors who have conducted activities aimed at gathering information for targeted counseling for students of the School of Psychology.

Collaboration in Organizing a Job Orientation Seminar: This seminar focuses on the Humanities and Psychological areas and involves cooperative societies relevant to both fields, communication agencies, and psychology graduates who describe their professional paths specifically related to the legal and psychometric fields.

Organization of Workshops: These workshops are offered by the Career Service of the University of Florence and cover the following areas:
- Career Education: activities aimed at enhancing awareness of personal objectives while strengthening communication, proactivity, and entrepreneurship skills.
- Job Training: activities designed to equip students with the tools to enhance their candidacy in the job market and facilitate their entry.
