Learning Objectives

The course aims to address the issue of security and welfare organization using psychological concepts and categories, which integrated with structural, economic and regulatory problems, can improve the health of an organization. In this course you want to acquire the types of psychosocial intervention for achieving a safety culture. It will analyze case studies dealing with the issue of workplace safety and cultural change that organizations should promote this effect.
