The course aims to address the issue of security and welfare organization using psychological concepts and categories, which integrated with structural, economic and regulatory problems, can improve the health of an organization. In this course you want to acquire the types of psychosocial intervention for achieving a safety culture. It will analyze case studies dealing with the issue of workplace safety and cultural change that organizations should promote this effect. We will examine some issues related to the study of work , with a focus on the different psycho- sociological variables that influence organizations’ behavior. In particular, the theories and techniques of small groups, The evaluation of human resources and Techniques and tools for assessing the human factor at work
