Learning Objectives
a) General objectives: provide basic competences in the filed of organizational psychology.
b) Specific objectives: 1) Acquire theoretical knowledge in the field of organizational psychology; 2) Deepen and integrate psychological knowledge on individuals and groups in organizations; 3) Acquire knowledge on the diagnosis of work related stress risks and on the modalities of relative intervention.
c) Expected learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and interpersonal skills): 1) recognize the main theoretical models in organizational psychology; 2) be able to apply theoretical knowledge and the different models in different areas of professional intervention in organizations; 3) know how to prepare a summary presentation explaining a theoretical model and or a intervention project.
