Knowledge and Understanding: During the course, students will acquire the fundamental skills needed to create a psychological report based on empirical research. The course will also focus on specific themes related to psychological assessment, providing the necessary tools to interpret and effectively use psychometric tests.
Judgment Autonomy: At the end of the course, students will have the skills to:
- Understand and apply the key principles necessary for drafting an accurate and effective psychological report;
- Acquire and apply a deep and critical knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological assessment, enabling them to make informed choices and formulate independent judgments.
Communication Skills: At the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Articulate, express, and communicate clearly and professionally the concepts and information arising from the results of empirical research and/or a psychological assessment;
- Present their findings and conclusions in a coherent and structured manner, both in written and oral form, using a format that reflects the standards of a scientific publication.
Learning Ability: The course is designed to allow students to integrate the new knowledge acquired with prior knowledge, coming from other courses. This approach will promote the students' ability to establish connections and relationships between different themes and disciplines, enhancing their critical learning and continuous self-education capacity.

At the end of the course students should be able to:
- know the essential principles of the practice of psychological assessment
- know the essential principles of drafting a report.
Making judgements.
At the end of the course, students should acquire a rational critical attitude through which to reflect and possibly question concepts and procedures proposed in the scientific field.
Communication skills.
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- implement and communicate (possibly in a scientific publication) concepts and information relating to psychological assessment correctly and adequately.

Knowledge and understanding: lectures and practical exercises.
Applied knowledge and understanding: during the lectures, exercises and examples will be conducted to demonstrate how to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired.
Autonomy of judgment: a critical approach to the analyzed theories and concepts will be used during the lectures, encouraging students to question concepts and theories proposed in the scientific field.
Communicative skills: the language used during the lectures will aim to convey the main technical terms of the discipline while also providing examples of effective communication methods to be used with colleagues and patients.
Learning ability: Frontal lectures will include practical exercises due to the laboratory nature of the course, linked to the theoretical knowledge acquired in the courses taken by the student in previous years.

Applying knowledge and understanding
During the course, exercises and exemplifications will be offered, so as to show how to implement the acquired theoretical knowledge.
Making judgements
During the course, a critical approach will be used, so as to accustom students to an attitude of constant and rational discussion of concepts and procedures that has been proposed in the scientific field.
Communication skills.
During the course, a language will be used to communicate the main technical terms of the discipline, but also to give examples of useful communication skills that have to be differentiated in relation to colleagues and patients.
